Throughout the month of April, people across Saskatchewan will be reading Miss G and Me by Jennifer Wallace as part of the Saskatchewan Library Association's One Book One Province program. Eight in-person events are also taking place across Saskatchewan with author Jennifer Wallace, including this one here in Moose Jaw!
Join us at the Moose Jaw Public Library on April 5 from 2:30pm to 4:00pm to meet author Jennifer Wallace, hear a reading from her book Miss G and Me, and discuss the book's themes. Weaving together poems, journal entries, anecdotes, and personal essays, the award-winning Miss G and Me shares a daughter’s insights into her Jamaican mother’s immigration story and familial relationships. The book invites readers and listeners to experience Jamaican, English and prairie Canadian voices, cultures, landscapes, and mindsets.
