We are a support group for healthy weight loss. Our meeting consist of encouraging you during your journey to a healthier lifestyle. We enjoy tips that we can use in the kitchen to save calories, how to read food labels in stores, (Light does not always mean less calories).
Weigh-in is 8:15 a.m. to 9;45. The meeting is from 9 AM to 9:30 is the craft room. Come meet with us. We have a welcoming committee to answer any questions you may have. Your first meeting is free so that you can decide if this is for you.
