Grab a cup of coffee and settle in as Dale Johnson talks with us about the days when General Motors of Canada opened an assembly plant in 1928, in Regina, to serve the western Canadian market. It wasn't open long until it had to shut down because of the Depression. It re-opened briefly in the late 1930s but then the Second World War soon put an end to car production in Saskatchewan. We'll find out more about when General Motors made cars in Saskatchewan.
The session will take place from 10:00 - 11:00 am with 40 minutes of presentation and 20 minutes to ask questions.
There is no cost to attend but pre-registration is required. Registration closes at 11:59 pm on the day before the Virtual Coffee Club program.
