Mindful Self-Compassion is a 8-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Program activities include meditations, short talks, experiential, group discussion, and home practices.
Teachers: Megan Welwood (M.C, CCC) & Cassi Starc (OT). Megan lives in Moose Jaw and Cassi on Vancouver Island.
Location: Live Online (Zoom)
Dates: October 1st - Nov 19th, 2025 (plus a 4 hr retreat between week 5 & 6)
Time: 5:30 - 8:00 CST
Exchange: 495$ Early Bird until September 1st (equates to $20/hr for the included 24 hrs of instruction)
