weigh ins start at 5:30 pm -6pm with meeting following.
Members share diet tips, support, recipes and sometimes we have speakers.
Your weight is kept private. TOPS encourages weight loss through healthy food choices and exercise.
Please use the parking lot side door..meeting is on main floor of handicapped friendly building.
