TOPS (Take off Pounds Sensibly) meets every Wednesday evening at the Alliance Church, 14 Neslia Place. (Corner of Thatcher Drive W. & 9th Ave.W.) Please enter through west facing door, turn right and go to end of hallway by the library, to room 105.
Weigh-in takes place from 6:30-7:00 pm. Half hour meeting to follow at 7 pm.
TOPS can help you reach your weight loss goal by providing you with tools, information and support to be successful. Our group shares friendship, weight loss tips and offers encouragement to one another. New members very welcome. Our scale weighs up to 500 lbs.
